We welcome 10+2 family stays across five bedrooms. Rooms comfortably sleep two, with the bunk-equipped room sleeping four. We also have one fold-out bed suitable for a teenager, not an adult, and two baby cots. The right arrangement depends on your group’s ages; please share these when enquiring so we can confirm the sleeping plan. The extra beds and cots are not an unrestricted increase to the advertised occupancy.

The Aría is a private garden and pool villa with direct beach access by path. It is not an ocean-view or beachfront house. The beach is a short stroll away via the compound’s private access path, with no roads to cross.

Exclusive use of the villa, private pool and Pavilion; daily breakfast including food and preparation for guests included in your booking; chef service for one main meal each day; two daily housekeepers and property manager support. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout, linen, bath towels and pool towels are included. Groceries for main meals are charged at cost.

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, whether you are keeping in touch, streaming or making time for work during your stay.

Please share your dates, guest numbers and plans so we can confirm suitable arrangements, permissions and costs. Additional properties are quoted separately and clearly identified; their views and facilities are not part of The Aría villa booking.

Breakfast is complimentary for guests included in your booking, with eggs to order, fresh fruit, tea and coffee, pancakes, cereal and yoghurt. Breakfast for additional guests is charged separately. Please tell us about dietary requirements before arrival.

Chef service is included during your stay, covering breakfast and one main meal each day—lunch or dinner. Breakfast ingredients are included for your booked guests; additional guests’ breakfast is charged separately; groceries for main meals are charged at cost. If you would like both lunch and dinner, extra kitchen support may be needed, especially for larger groups. We agree the arrangements and any additional charges with you in advance.

Yoga, in-villa massage, airport transfers and local experiences can be arranged through carefully chosen, trusted partners, subject to availability and additional charges. Tell us whether you have an active escape or a quiet retreat in mind. Childcare support can also be discussed with the property manager, subject to availability.

The villa is in Diani Beach, Kenya, within the Zawama residential compound. A direct path leads to the beach. Exact arrival directions are shared as part of your booking arrangements.

Ukunda Airstrip serves Diani, and transfers from Mombasa Airport can also be arranged. Tell us your arrival airport and flight details so the team can advise on the journey and transfer cost.
